The customer service is terrible. I have had a horrible experience transacting business with this company. i made a purchase and was told to come with a truck to Collect the Grannite. When I got there, no one was present to put the granite in the truck. The workers say it’s not their job to put it on the truck and that we are the ones that are to go in the warehouse to take it out and get it loaded on the truck .The driver refused so the Workmen from the company decided to put it on . While putting the granite in the vehicle, the granite accidentally broke. Could you believe that immediately after they closed their business place saying that it was closing time? Bear in mind that I was there about a hour before the closing hours doing business with them !! The workers would not let me back in the building and the customer service was horrible. No advice was given, no one addressed the situation , yet still they were literally running me off the property.

The ambiance is ok and the gentleman that assisted me was extremely pleasant and helpful but I gave this company only 2 stars for 2 particular reason: A week before today I stopped by the store to check on faucet and the price displayed was $4,999 +GCT. Seeing that it’s the festive season and a lot of sale is happening i was told that their sale would be on December 6 and 7. All excited and ready to purchase I went by the store today December 7 to take advantage of their sale and to my disappointment the same faucet that was on sale for $4,999 +GCT a week before was now $5,400 +GCT all because they were having a so called “sale” I don’t care if it’s a marketing strategy but that for me is dishonesty and for that I bought my faucet elsewhere. Next, I had a small vanity approximately 12”x24” that I wanted granite counter top for. On the day I went I was given a quotation of over $100,000. I stepped out, decided to shop around and stumbled upon their competitor just walking distance away and got the same granite counter top for roughly less than half the price they quoted and for those two reasons they were scored 2 stars

Nice stuff but extortionately priced. Unaffordable for most.
