Firstly I would like to state the companies after sale service is a disgrace. .the products also matches the after sale service.
Windows are not start. . Locks are faulty. . Very very poor quality materials. I would not recommend this company to anyone
This is a very honest review.
Attended the Lucea branch, the representatives were knowledgeable and diligent, however the end products were messy with the excess silicone/ glue on the windows left unclean. Made several complaints and calls been several months and matter still not addressed.
