As a clinic the wait was expected but the doctors are nice and professional
Great service and the most helpful and accommodating.
Relative smooth pick up of prescription in afternoon
Jamaica on a whole is known for poor customer service...... But I am still in awe at the level of unprofessionalism and ignorance displayed by some members of staff at this health facility.
For me personally, I don't use these facilities..... But this time, I didn't have a choice..... N when I saw the service that "good good me" was given my heart pains for my fellow brothers and sisters who MUST use these facilities. It's hard to believe that these are train, educated people. I would not recommend this place to anyone...... At all..... But I know that some of us can't do better......
Greater Portmore health clinic they don't know how to deal with ppl professionally, especially some of the nurses they have no respect and manners, and if they don't want the job then they need to leave it or look another field. I personally think that whoever is in charge of that place they need to get other certified nurses who wants to be in the health care field and get rid of the onese who don't want the job.
