Portmore pines western union branch

I paid my NWC bill at the Portmore Pines Western Union on saturday of last week. To my surprize I received a call from NWC telling me that my account has a outstanding balance and that it is liable for disconnection. I did went to NWC, Portmore Mall to query my account. I was told the same by a Customer Service Representative. I then return to the Portmore Pines WU. I then spoke to Mr. Duncan, he then took my contact info and promised that he would give me call. I would honestly like a explanation as to hòw this happened urgently.

I think they purposely try to frustrate you, you give them all the info they would need on a paper (system that them cut out) and they still asking you garbage i even included my work id and the purpose of the funds as well as the other necessary information. Customer service no ready and them slow on top of it
