Visited here once. The house isn't bad however the land space as usual is small. I guess is the maximization of the small space to get the most out of it. Good for planting crops. The price of the house doesn't match what u get. It is too expensive. Plus the drive in from the main road too long so I suggest that you have a car or a good taxi man to carry you home in the evenings. The long drive in is a lonely place to be. Nevertheless it's an investment.

Great place to call home houses well put together fixtures and like the space for e pansion

I have been watching this location from inception. I'm talking about the days when the Canadian company who had them for sale originally at 9.5mill. I fell in love with the location and house design. I loved them mainly because they weren't being built by the Jamaican contractor or the housing development companies. I know with them being new to the Jamaican housing market they would have to give us quality. As it's with quality their name would be known. Sadly it didn't work out. I would call Rick the sales representative then to find out when they would come back on stream but eventually all went down hill. Thanks to NHT and Wihcon who saw the potential and invested in it. These houses built by Wihcon is smaller but it's workable and liveable and a great place to call home. Silver Sun will be different especially because it's the plains of St. Catherine where it's cool and serene.
