ScubaCaribe - Diving & Water Sports

Went on a snorkeling excursion w/ my wife while at Moon Palace on our honeymoon. Captain, First Mate, Life guards, etc. all very professional and kind. They made the process very streamlined and easy to understand. Trip was quick, but that could also be a big plus if you’re trying to maximize days. My only recommendation for ScubaCaribe is potentially having even just a few less folks on a snorkel tour. The snorkel in a straight line and stop every couple of seconds led to CONSTANT traffic jams in the water. It was non-stop getting kicked in the face by a fellow snorkeler. Anyways, know that’s mostly out of the staff’s control and because of that I leave a 5 star review based solely on the staff’s friendliness and professionalism!

We went on a snorkel tour. It was great! They took us to the reef. We had plenty of time to explore. They catered to our needs. They were very friendly. They made sure we didn’t miss seeing anything. I would definitely choose them again.

My wife and I went diving with Jorge to the nearby shipwreck and canyons. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend diving with these guys anytime!!

My kids (13 and 11) and I stayed at the Moon Palace resort in Ocho Rios for spring break and they took an introductory dive with Bastiaan (“Bas”) with Scuba Caribe and loved it so much, they kept going and got their dive certification! Bas is very good with kids - patient and an excellent instructor — I felt very confident about the kids’ safety. My children were super excited to share their adventures after the daily dives and couldn’t wait to go on more dives. They saw some incredible marine life - an experience they’ll never forget. They felt very accomplished. Thank you Bas!!
