food was amazing

I got a large seafood platter to go. It was spicy, flavourful and overall delicious. Only issue was that the lobster was overcooked. It was fried for too long and that made it too dry. The legs were also dry, it was so hard to enjoy. It was just a no.

I ordered curried coconut lobster and after waiting over an hour, when I asked about my order I was told that lobster takes 2 hours to be prepared. I've went to other restaurants and ordered lobster and it took less than 30mins to be served. I had to wait 2 hours before getting my order at Lucky Crab. The wait wasn't even worth it. 🙄

The food was good but we waited a good hr and half for our meal. Good tasting food but not good enough to wait over and hr. Overall good

Ordered take out from here on New Year’s Day. First, it was hard to get someone on the phone and the online ordering did not work at all. Eventually made the order on the phone, they said to come in a hour. I went in an hour and the cashier said she forgot to put in my order so it will be 30 more minutes... got my food but they left something off the order, kitchen was closing so nothing they could do. Got home and realized my green plantain was missing, it was only $350 so I wasn’t going back for that. Food was okay, tasted a little under seasoned and did not expect them to use regular sausage for the broil. Bad dawgs would’ve been better. The dining experience seemed socially distance but given the day the bar area was very packed. Some staff and waiters weren’t even wearing masks which was concerning. Overall the price wasn’t bad and the food was good too- just need to work on the logistics.
