Been with Flow for over a year now and whenever I try getting assistance, it seems to be an impossible task! And why don't you guys ever answer the phone??? Gosh!

Worst customer service. Very unpleasant staff and we will not mention how tardy they are. Was a customer for years and had to leave after they dragged their feet on restoring my service, even though my husband implored the importance of service for work and our child that does virtual school.

Staff is efficient and helpful. Bill payment made easy. The only Flow store that offers real customer support.

If the person who was assisting me was counting the votes in the US election, we'd still be wondering who is the president elect. 2 stars is being generous.
