Listen I have never been more disappointed in a company as I am it's almost been a month since I want to disconnect my services and yet I still can't, this is just immeasurable and the customer service is horrible just horrible worst company ever.

Staff was helpful and courteous. All COVID-19 protocols were being followed.

For a service industry it’s pretty horrible. I have never been to a location and experience such horrible customer service. Applied for internet almost 3 weeks now and nothing. They are extremely slow and poor in the service they deliver. Absolutely horrible, I would not recommend however, there’s not really much options when it comes to service providers. You cannot even reach them by phone or by there what’s app number that they gave you.... dissatisfied customer.

Flow hire just about anyone who never really render proper assistance in customer service. The website is faulty, I don't even get consistent emails giving me a quote of my bill. Flow do better!
