It is a temple of the Shingon Buddhism Chichi sect whose name is Mt. Designated as Daishi Sacred Site No. 5, Kaizan was built in the 4th year of the 12th year of Hiroki in the early Kamakura period. There is a main hall and a Kannon hall painted in red in the precincts, and in the main hall, there is an Ihachi sculpture of "Nami and Oyakoryu", a collaboration between Nobuyoshi Nidai and Nobutsunori Nidai. Unfortunately, it seems that the mountain gate was completely destroyed by Typhoon No. 15 that landed in the early morning on September 9, 2019. It's a little small, but there is a parking lot for four cars (one of which seems to be a temple owned car).
