My family lives in Machida. I used to go to this hospital when I was a child. I hated this hospital. Now, my elderly parents go there. The other day, I called this hospital on behalf of my parents. The staff at the hospital is not friendly and the staff does not care about the patients. The receptionist was very unfriendly. I don't want to go to this hospital.
Good place for childern, staff are really helpful also Doctors are nice .
I hate this hospital, never go to this hospital if you are foreigner... I give one star only for the some staff just on the counter. However doctors are extremely non cooperative and rude. And obiviously staff are worse than doctors. I had experience this hospital 2 times and both time was worse. So please search an other hospital instead.
I had a small lump on my arm removed at this hospital. In my case, I was referred by another doctor to go there. No particular issues with it, apart from it not being in the most convenient location, and having to go to it several times for different tests. I think it could have been condensed into a few less appointments, but I think that's just the way the medical system in Japan works.
骨折で入院しました。私の担当医はとても優しく説明も丁寧で、入院中も忙しい中時間がある時に様子を見に来てくださったり。看護師さんも皆さんも良くしてくださって、理学療法士さんもとても良かったです。
残念ながら私の担当医は異動で他の病院に行ってしまいましたが、同室にいた方の担当医は様子を見に来ることもあまりないと不満気でした。先生によるのかな。。。なので☆マイナス1で。
病院自体はとても綺麗でコンビニ（セブン）やレストラン、カフェスペースがあります。
