There is a big difference between those who are good and those who are motivated. Those who are not motivated are basically angry. I don't give my eyes to customers, and I don't even tell them. It is better for the person who responds better when he/she is off. Although it's not the end time yet, it's too late to finish today? I was once told. There is a motivation.

The staff's response is cold! The explanation is too appropriate! Really annoyed! If you see this comment, you should really use another post office!

I used it because I moved to the nearest post office, but the worst post office I've ever worked with was the staff. Especially, the aunts in their fifties at the post office. Bring the parcel received at the post office with both sides open, even if both hands are free. (Although it says that the contents are food.) Even when filling out the documents, I do not hand over it even though there is no pen nearby, leave it for a few seconds, then throw it and transfer. Attitude is always ridiculous. Also, when I used the financial counter on another day, the response of about 20 to 30 male employees was bad. When I asked about the fee, I answered "440 yen" with a slightly uncertain attitude. After that, after writing all the documents and pressing the seal, "I made a mistake in telling the amount of money I made earlier, and it will be this charge (770 yen)." In that case, if you return it if you cancel it, "I will dispose of this (document) I will finish it" and it ends without any pretense or apology. An aunt has a completely silly attitude toward customers, and if a male employee doesn't understand it, he asks a person, and if he makes a mistake, he apologizes. I don't think I'm a public servant who manages mail and money. It is recommended to use another post office even if it is a little far from here.

Dealing with the staff was the worst of all the post offices I have ever done. Without greetings, the brown-haired male staff had no affairs and was treated carelessly. I was scared because there was no smile at all. The next time I went there, the female employees in their late 30s to 40s did not greet, and it was a waste of time. The moment I entered, there was no greeting and I glanced at me and continued my private language. I was asked by that person, but he is very rude and the explanation to this is appropriate. I was angry with the unmotivated atmosphere. I don't usually write reviews badly, but it was too rude, so I wrote it here.
