I made a reservation over the phone a month ago. If you go to the reception desk on the day, it will not be reserved. I was surprised. I was complaining to the person at the window because I had an elderly couple. It happened that my father caught a cold and was feverish, and only his father was isolated in a private room. I asked my sister-in-law who lived near me to attend my father. The nurse knows that they are with them, but calls them separately in the doctor's office and can't see them without a companion! It was a situation that my sister-in-law could not hide the surprise in this response! I had a medical checkup with a slight physical condition, but I don't want to take care of this hospital as much as possible!
