My experience here was great. Needed to buy everything for an apartment and the assistant manager took a lot of time to answer any questions and help. As with any electronics store there is a little upselling but I felt way less pressured than at Joshin. They were willing to bargain a little as well.

It's sometimes crowded, but I think it's good. Nice clerk

There is a clerk who will give you a nice and polite customer service.

There were more clerk than customers, but most clerk was stuck at the counter. When you ask for an item, if you go quickly and buy it, I took it quickly to the counter, and I wanted to look inside the store, but I couldn't see it. ❗️
