We were surprised how luxurious this onsen hotel is. You can feel the quality of everything from the bed sheets to the towels. Service was 5 stars, the staff really pay attention to your needs. The room was beautiful and you can have the onsen with the views of Mt Fuji. There are so many things to do at the hotel, the Japanese garden and the tea room is a must visit. Although the price is a bit expensive but you do get what you pay for. I would love to go back and stay here again.

A beautiful place to stay! The private onsen in our room was beautiful with a backdrop of Mt. Fuji. The rooms were spacious and the staff exemplified true customer service. Our experience from start to end was top notch!

Absolutely lovely place. The view of Mt. Fuji is amazing and if you're lucky enough to have a onsen in your room the hotel experience is peak! Although there are public onsens you can use. The staff are amazing and loved the private dining experience. The check-in process was in our room, very really personal, and given traditional clothing to wear around the hotel. We obviously had to take some Street Fighter style pics in them!! If you visit this place you could end up spending hours in the Japanese Garden. Great honeymoon treat if you are traveling in this area. The pic is me having coffee before I left. Miss the place already!
