Ryogokubashi Camping Ground

Good day-camp place with available parking and overflow parking. Toilet and sinks with running water for washing dishes included. Riverbanks are stony. River at few places has strong current and it's over 4 meters deep. Most places are shallow of about 20 cm. Water is clean and cold. Summer temperatures do not differ much from Yokohama or Tokyo during the day.

I didn't know that there is a place where you can enjoy playing in a beautiful river near the city center. We stayed at Bungalow F with our family, but we had a walk until 7am in the reserved state, and we had fireworks at night, and we could enjoy summer vacation.

My home brings towels for sleeping bags and pillowcases. Going from bungalows to Kawahara, from Kawara to toilets and water places is a steep slope, so it is difficult to come and go, but good exercise! It is safe for children and adults to have life jackets in places with strong currents and deep enough to jump in from rocky places. During the busy season before and after the Bon Festival, BBQ is Kawahara Gyukyu! My home goes on weekdays a little off, so it's comfortable! Swimming and day camps may not be possible before and after the typhoon. I'm looking forward to seeing the signboard dog Chiro every year.
