It is a so-called "non-rotating sushi" that is a few minutes walk from Takaoka Station. There are only 8 seats at the counter, and you cannot eat at night unless you make a reservation. You can order it separately, but there are 1,500 yen, 2,500 yen, and 3,500 yen omakase sushi, and the 3,500 yen course is especially recommended. You can hold about 15 pieces, but ... isn't it too cheap? All the ingredients were fresh fish from Toyama Bay, especially the boiled conger eel, white shrimp, and fatty tuna. I've never eaten sushi that tastes better than here in my life, and even if I have the same level of sushi, I don't think there is a store that offers it cheaper than here. The general and the landlady are also very pleasant, and there is no way to be stingy, including the clean atmosphere of the store. It is the No. 1 sushi restaurant in my history that is worth coming from outside the prefecture.
