The embassey is located on 2nd & 3rd floor. 2nd floor is the ambassador office. 3rd floor is the consular section. I suggest you call (not email) before you visit as the embassey staff are limited and their availability is pre-scheduled. First time I visited, I was lucky to be greeted by the ambassador himself who helpfully assisted me with tourist visa requirements and advised to come back on a later date when a personnel from the consular section are available. The second visit (2 weeks apart), I got to meet Mensur from the consular section who gathered my documents. There was a slight delay on visa processing but Mensur once again helpfully assisted in expediting the process. I got a call and an email to arrange the passport pick up time roughly 2 weeks later. Overall, very friendly & helpful staff and clear process if you clarify in advance.

Embassy of the Minato Ward World Festival We interfered with the stamp rally. There are no flags in the building, so it is hard to understand.
