いわゆる公務員仕事の病院。診察に責任感が感じられず、京大系列病院では最下位レベルでしょう。診察は診察時間短縮が最優先で問診・診察説明がほぼなく、薬すら出し忘れることあり。当直のバイト医師の方が真剣に診る場合も。症状が長く続き体調が悪化していってもまともな診療はここでは受けられないでしょう。軽症や末期レベルの診断はついても、少し難しい病気レベルになると早期発見は期待できないでしょう。循環器内科、脳神経内科はまだ評判がよい。消化器内科のベテラン医師は、闘病で激痩せした患者に、もっとやせても大丈夫、などの暴言も。医師の募集の条件は「他科の医師、看護師、コメディカル等と通常のコミュニケーションが取れる方。」という現状。現在コロナ患者を受け入れているが、最近呼吸器内科の先生が3人辞職している。若いスタッフに熱心な方がいるのがせめてもの救いでしょう。
