One of the things that is difficult to understand when visiting the hospital for the first time is that when you receive a return visit, you enter the entrance and insert a consultation ticket into the automatic reception machine in front of you. Since the automatic reception starts at 8 o'clock in the morning, the tickets will be lined up in front of each reception machine from around 7:55. The hospital itself will be unlocked at 7 am, so take the numbered ticket installed in front of the reception machine and wait for the reception to start. Outpatient visits start at 9am, but blood tests start at 8:10. Even for a quick blood test, there is a waiting time of about 1 hour, so if you plan to have a blood test before the examination, it will be smooth if you arrive at the hospital one hour before the appointment time.
