The medical certificate of the female doctor was too disappointing, so I made a request to disclose the medical record, but in addition to the copy algebra ten yen, I was charged 5400 yen as a fee. Asking the reason is that the committee can only tell us something vague, and it seems that the fee is high and it is interfering with the medical record disclosure. Because I was forced to be transferred to the hospital, I thought that I had a letter of introduction, but this was also only described something that was off target, and the doctor was in trouble when I showed it at the hospital of the transfer destination. This is the first time that the hospital and doctors are bad.

I do not want to have one star, but I will post it for information sharing. It was the worst hospital I have ever visited. I can't say the name of the doctor, but I was trusted by a female doctor, but because of this doctor, my condition got worse, and going to the hospital became a trauma. There was no apology from the doctor and I was forced to move to another hospital. I'm really sad and I'm at a loss how to get to the hospital. It is a hospital that I don't want to be involved in anymore.
