A hotel with an excellent location! Relaxing lunch while looking at Mt. Bandai Japanese restaurant "Waraku" We also recommend a wide variety of souvenir shops! (Use only restaurants and souvenir shops) The restaurant is on the 5th floor, and you can enjoy a relaxing meal while looking out at Mt. Bandai from the large window. Most menus for lunch are 1.000 yen I'm Oyakodon. It is delicious with elegant seasoning. What was even better was that the entrance to the Five Colored Lakes Nature Exploration Road was just a short walk from the hotel, so it was convenient to park at the hotel parking lot and walk around the Five Colored Lakes after lunch.

ここ数年、毎年宿泊しています。 猫魔離宮宿泊者専用のお風呂があり、少し歩いて移動になりますが身体ひとつで行っても、タオル関係・アメニティ(クレンジング・ボディローションも有り)が揃っていますし、ザワザワしてなくてのんびり入浴出来ます。 年配の方にはお風呂までの移動が遠いと思います。 冬場は少しぬるく感じますが、その分ゆっくり入浴できるので良く温まります。 お部屋も清潔で、ベットが広くて気持ち良いです。 浴衣とパジャマ両方揃っています。 ポンとセットするだけのコーヒー☕️紅茶、お茶もあり、ペットボトルのお水も人数分用意されてます。 蛇口から出てくるお水も 湧水なので雑味が無く美味しいです。 翌朝、希望した朝刊がドアに届いています。 特選和会席は味も品数も満足出来ます。 が、 冬場の『和楽』での食事は出入口と窓に近いテーブルだと寒いです。 夕朝食で和食を選んだ場合は浴衣で大丈夫ですが、 洋食は夕朝食共に浴衣NGです。でもジャージはオッケーと言われました。 ラウンジも居心地が良く、コーヒー紅茶お茶もフリーなので、新聞や本をのんびり読むことが出来ます。 が、 冬場は寒いです。 以前はチェックイン時に 山塩バームクーヘンと飲み物のおもてなしを受けたのですがコロナで無くなってしまったようです。

Neko Ma Rikyu was really good! The French dinner was the cheapest course but it was very delicious. Next time, I would like to have another higher course. The hotel is not bad, but there were some guests with bad manners. Even though the breakfast buffet had a reserved seat, an elderly couple sat down at our seat and ate because there were no other seats available while we were going to get food. I don't feel like moving at all even if I call out. The staff was quick enough to prepare another seat. You may feel more stressed than usual because of the congestion of GoTo Travel. But it's a very nice hotel, so please go there!

The customer service level was at the bottom for both part-time workers and employees. Only the front is normal. Meals are also rough and izakaya level. Drink orders are full of mistakes, and there is no apology even if I point out. Only the bath was good. I don't think I want to come again. I'm sorry I was expecting it very much.
