We are tourist in Japan staying in Ikebkuro. My son was sick and the hotel staff refer us to this hospital . When we got in, we were realized that none of the staff can speak English or very little (the security guard there speaks a little which still help out a lot). However, all the staffs there are friendly and remain very helpful. Also, Google translate help us tremendously in this case. Wait time was about an hour. And the Doctor that help us speaks perfect English and make the whole process as painless as possible. Thank you everyone there who help us!
