I enjoyed my 1 night stay. Not to far from local rail station ,very clean , welcoming staff and a lovely park very close for good views of Fuji-san

I've used various business hotels so far, but this one was the best for me in this price range. It was very good that the facility was clean and environmentally friendly. The room is large for this price. The cleaning was perfect and I was able to spend a comfortable time. The front desk and breakfast staff are polite and smile so that you can see through the mask. Breakfast was also delicious. There are few kinds, but I felt attentive. One unfortunate thing is the bath. The smell of chlorine is strong and the floor is slippery. But the wooden chair was very good. I will be using this again.

The room was small for two people. The toilet of the unit bath is also small. I stayed in a super room. However, it is quite difficult to climb the bunk bed. Maybe you can't escape in case of fire? There is no problem with one person, but it was difficult for two people to walk in the room. I'm having trouble storing my suitcase. But the bed was good. You can also choose pillows. Because there is only one elevator, I will wait a long time when I come to the time zone. It will be the old man's three-cs elevator. What about corona measures? There is no elevator. It doesn't matter if it's a group. If you have a coronavirus, you are likely to get infected by elevator. Are there many male business travelers? The elevator was a man's odor of aging. The men's collection got on the elevator in a group and held their breath unintentionally. It's a pretty tough hotel for women. Anyway, my partner said that the hotel was too manly.

The only reason to stay at this hotel is cheapness. Breakfast is not bad for the price, but I don't stay here because of customer service and hygiene. Customer service is I wasn't at the level of thinking and communicating, and I wasn't able to handle manuals. There are also some mistakes, which are unavoidable, but the subsequent response and the attitude of customer service in the first place are not comfortable. In terms of hygiene, The room cleaning itself was clean (normal). However, apart from cleaning, there were two points that I felt were not hygienic in terms of operation and equipment maintenance. If you don't choose only for cheapness, we don't recommend this because there are other hotels that can be cheap.

I stayed for the first time last year. Accommodation costs are low and beds are great ❗ I slept soundly until morning. The breakfast buffet is also very delicious. I stayed there this year as well, but due to the influence of Corona, the buffet was a lunch box. It can't be helped. I want to stay at this hotel again next year.
