It's usually two balls and three large balls. Fukui buckwheat flour is made into 28. It is fragrant, sweet and crunchy. Also, the way to fry tempura is superb.

Echizen soba 🙆‍♀️ I got a heavenly heaven on the way home. Soba, polite. Delicious soup stock. Both buckwheat tea and tempura are ⭕️. Sobagaki is also fluffy! We have a soba dojo. There is also an experience!

It was cheap and delicious! Whole grain type noodles, soba noodles with a chewy texture. The condiments were dried bonito, green onion, and spicy radish. Especially when you eat it with grated spicy radish, this is delicious. There are few kinds of menus, but I think it is a shop where you can taste soba purely. As a bonus, if the timing is right, you can see the Shinkansen from the window.
