Shocking lack of empathy all about money only!! We recently moved from Okinawa to Kizugawa. We went here today without our cat to find out what their costs are for various items ( our rescue cat has kidney failure and is on many medications and daily subcutaneous fluid therapy at home) we use 6 bags of fluid a month, 6 “lines “ and 30 butterfly needles because the needle can only be used once!! This is life saving therapy for her and she will be on it for as long as we can keep her alive and happy. We showed the receptionist a receipt from our Okinawa vet and asked what they would charge. I was hoping to see the vet, but they were totally disinterested and said the Okinawa vet was too cheap and they charge more fluid bag: Oki ¥500 Kizu ¥1500, butterfly needle Oki ¥50 Kizu ¥400. A box of 100 needles online cost ¥1500 BUT we can’t buy them in Japan!! Only available at the vet. My cats necessary lifesaving therapy in Okinawa cost me about ¥6000 a month, here they want to charge in excess of ¥21,000 !!!! Disgraceful and no respect or care for life. My husband is Japanese and therefore there was no “misunderstanding” over language. Don’t recommend this place at all!!!!

I am indebted to dog screening and vaccination. Although he is a blunt teacher, he will give you an appropriate diagnosis and treatment. The telephone and counter support of the receptionist is also wonderful, and I hope to continue to be with you for a long time.

The teacher will listen to you and the nurse will gently hold the dog, so you can rest assured.

Very good hospital. My home child (dog) also loves teachers. Basically, we focus on positive treatment. You can see the cat whose treatment was refused at another hospital, and I'm fine now. Those who prioritize the owner's convenience, such as minimum treatment, may not agree. In addition, the teacher's personality is very serious, so he concentrates on consultation. Asking questions during a consultation will hinder the consultation, so do not ask questions during the consultation. It will give you time to ask questions after your consultation. I sometimes do that too. (Remorse) "I'll ask you later." However, it does not impose expensive treatment. Careful consideration has been given to the balance between the owner and the family (dogs and cats). In addition, there is coordination with the Nara Animal Medical Center, which is also helpful during nighttime emergency.

It's a little tough but a hospital full of animal lovers.
