12月限定ラーメンが出たので、先月に引き続き、訪問しました。 少し朝11時30分頃に入店しましたが、既にお客さんで満席状態で、相変わらず人気の高さが伺えました。 12月限定ラーメンは、酒粕煮干しラーメン(税別900円)です。 今回は大盛りにせず、替玉(税込120円)にしました。 最初の一口は、煮干しの香りや味より酒粕の風味をより感じました。 麺は通常の煮干しラーメン同様、中太・平打。 出汁を飲みすすめると、酒粕のあとに煮干しの旨味が出て、美味しく頂きました。 替玉は細麺で、しっかりと出汁に絡み、残り汁が無くなっていきました。 替玉のゆで加減は、ちょい固めでした。 私の訪問時では、やはり特選煮干しラーメンが人気でしたね。 丁度良いタイミングで入店したようで、帰り際には外待ちがおられました。 今日もオペレーションで、厨房から逐次指示が飛んでいて、少しうるさく感じました。 飲食店ですから、もう少し配慮して頂きたいところですね。

I came to Oji for work, so I stopped by. It is close to the station and easy to use. The interior of the store was laid out with counter seats and seats, and it seemed to be quite crowded at noon. The customer service of the older sister is very friendly. The main ramen is soy sauce-based niboshi ramen. I had the basic niboshi ramen. I hope Omori is free. Please note that you cannot specify the hardness of the noodles. The noodles at the ramen shop are thick noodles and are very satisfying to eat. I found that it was impossible to solidify with this. The amount of noodles was small for a large serving, so it feels just right with a large serving. The soup was soy sauce-based sardines, which was quite delicious for me. If you answer the questionnaire, you will get a free topping ticket. It's in front of the station, so it's easy to use, so I'd like to go there again if I have the opportunity.

A ramen shop opened at the west exit of Oji after a long time (since Daruma?) I went to "Niboshi straight line" Order 2 sardines and fried chicken, which is also in the store name This ramen was different from the fishmeal-covered niboshi ramen (laughs) that was popular a long time ago. Even if you drink the soup completely, the fishmeal does not come out, but you can still feel the deliciousness of the seafood. The noodles are a little short, but they are medium-thick and good to eat. I forgot to take a picture of fried chicken, It was a crispy fried chicken with a strong taste that you can find in an izakaya. It's very delicious, but it doesn't go well with seafood, so I want to combine it with another ramen or beer. Around Oji Station, where the ramen area is not crowded at all I hope that the dried sardines will serve as a spark and increase.

I happened to come across a scene of training for a new employee. I'm glad that I was able to entertain a girl who has been trained for me. I think that the taste is good, but the fact that the customer service is not good is that the taste is loose. I think it's a natural service industry because both are great. I'm not good at 30% because the dried sardines are too effective, but I like Danna very much. Motilon is delicious and I like it. Is it rice? I ate it because I ate it. I will go again (^ ^)

We serve different limited ramen every month and they are all delicious. There are usually 3 types of menu, but even one of them is delicious enough.
