If you don't work overtime unnecessarily, you will be pressured to cut the time card. There is no education system, so the work is slow and never ends. Nursing manager and secretary are affair. How about as a human being? A former female employee named Tsukahara quit quickly when the secretary was fired. The reason is that I can't work and I can't do without a backing. Even though the level of each staff member is low, they are pulling each other. The medical records were not handled properly and were left in the corridor. There seems to be no obligation to protect the privacy of the patient. The hospital ward is also old and dirty. Bed bugs are outbreaks, so if you are hospitalized, your condition will get worse. The hospital food is also bad and I can't find a good place. Use should be avoided even in emergency hospitalization.
