Transit officers working in the office have a such a pool service performance. They will not treat your service claim seriously if you cannot speak japanese. They seem to be not interested to your issue and just concerning the time they losing. They were just busy for avoiding any responsibilities ,and eventually they did put all the things on me. Among my whole great Japan experience, the station master and his staff showed me some exceptions. All the other officers at the platform working hard under the hot weather were nice people tho. As always you know, heads are the problem.

The station is wide and it has a waiting room that has heater which is very helpful during winter.
