Went in for x Ray at hand and chest after an accident. They offer you English translators to speak with the doctors. General level of the interpreter was definitely not great and doctors couldn’t speak a word of English. Service was also not excellent. The main objective was to send me away as soon as possible. The rx of the chest wasn’t clear but rather than doing a second scan they said there is ‘no evidence of fracture but there could be a fracture’. No further examinations: to the point the insurance company pretended a second more complete opinion before letting me flying. I also had to wait a day to receive via email a medical report with additional frustration because the insurance company didn’t have enough time to evaluate it before the flight.

there is a dedicated office with english speaking workers right by the entrance that will guide you and assist you with everything. The medical services were adequate and professional. A very satisfying experience.

The interpreters in this facility are highly commendable, especially Erica-さん. She gladly offered her assistance from the filling out of forms to having been interviewed by a doctor, to walking through the x-ray department and getting back to the physician, to paying my bills. Being a foreigner in a non-English speaking land isn't as tough as others have imagined, especially in Tokyo. It's so reassuring to have someone who can guide you all the way!

They have great English interpreters. Waited about an hour to see the doctor (you get a ticket and wait your turn) and paid ~14000 yen total for consultation + meds. Not bad at all.

Interpretation service is great, very competent translators, however can’t tell the same about doctors. Not recommended
