The library is in the middle of high-flat apartments. The entrance is on the left side local bureau on the 1st floor. The collection is relatively small, and unfortunately almost no English books. But you can borrow at least some CDs, some of which are kinda new.

You can always enjoy reading quietly. It is easy to consult the staff with a small number of users. Originally, there are weekly magazines that have been read in the self-study space where students and examinees should be preferentially used, and old-fashioned grandfathers who leave their personal belongings for a long time.
