Went to this hospital in an almost emergency state and it took hours to see a doctor. No English speaking staff but most do try. Was able to communicate enough to get treated. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly.

I recently went to this hospital to seek medical attention for my allergies but was denied treatment from the hospital because I do not speak Japanese and they do not speak English. Can’t help but feeling ostracized even if it’s nothing personal. Wanted to give 1 star but added another one just because the receptionist who attended to me was kind and bothered to refer me to another clinic nearby that might accept treating me. If the hospital does not accept patients who can’t speak Japanese then why bother to put up an English sign showing the entrance to the hospital?

Avoid. After giving them a paper of my illness, from another doctor; they ignored it. & didn’t even prescribe me the right medicine.

This hospital is terrible. At midnight, I ran with a terrible abdominal pain and nausea, He was treated lightly and was given a soothing intestinal medicine to return. Although I saw the situation for a while, as my symptoms worsened, I could not put up with it and went to Okusawa Hospital again, but this time I paid in front of the entrance. Eventually, I took a taxi to a hospital a little further away, and was immediately admitted because of appendicitis. When I was asked, "What kind of treatment did you do at Okusawa Hospital? What's your test? What's your drip?" It was. I'll never go again You should not leave the gate open unless you are willing to reach out for medical help. If it wasn't open, I wouldn't have to waste my time from the beginning.
