Lion Animal Hospital

Lion Animal Hospital was definitely one of the best Vet experiences we have ever had. I would definitely recommend Dr Naoko and Lion Animal Hospital! My Australian partner and I chose Lion Animal Hospital to help us with our export process to fly our dog from Japan to Australia. We first chose them because the vet was fluent in English, however, Dr. Naoko was extremely helpful in assisting us with all the documents, parasite treatments and special needs of our dog. We have a little Pomeranian x Chihuahua, Mars, who has terrible anxiety when going to the vet. Dr Naoko and her assistant were very gentle and patient with Mars during the blood tests and treatments. If you need a good vet, this is the one!

My husband and I were in Osaka for a couple of months for work. We found the friendliest stray cat in a park near our apartment and decided to take her with us and try to find her a forever home during our stay in the city. We looked for an English speaking veterinary clinic and Lion Animal Hospital is the only one we found online in the area. We called and took a first appointment with Dr.Naoko for a health check and vaccines for the cat. Dr.Naoko speaks English very well and it was easy to communicate and get a quick appointment for the cat. We went to the clinic 4 times for health check up, vaccines, surgery to spay the cat...From the very beginning, we told Dr.Naoko we could foster this friendly stray cat for a couple of months but we needed to find a new owner for her in Japan. Dr.Naoko told us she would try to help us find the perfect new home for the cat, and she did! One week after the spay surgery, we went back to the clinic with the cat to remove the stitches and Dr.Naoko invited a lady to meet with us and the cat, to see if it was a match. The lady had a 21 years old cat who passed away a couple of months before and was looking to adopt a new cat. Dr.Naoko went out of her way to help us find a new owner for the cat and we are very grateful for that. We always had great service from Dr.Naoko and her staff, even if the staff members don't speak much English they were always friendly. Even though they are operating a business, we felt that they really cared about the animals and their well-being at this place and not only the money and trying to make you over spend at every visit, which happened to us at another clinic in Canada. Great animal hospital, always clean, prices are reasonable, great service, always professional, we highly recommend!

When the reception time was approaching, he was willing to accept me even after the reception time was over because it was urgent. I was really relieved just by that. Where I usually go to the hospital, my skill is good, but I don't feel refreshed every time I go, the telephone response is poor, and even if I make an emergency call at night, I can only say "I turned off all the power of the machine". He didn't tell me if I should spend it, and if I couldn't stand for an hour, please call the night hospital in Osaka. It was treated as another person and it was extremely unpleasant, so I searched for a different hospital and found this one. I was able to find a clinic. I am really grateful to you for seeing me even after the time has passed.
