BEST FACIAL EVER! I heard that certain Aesop stores in Japan offer facials, so I decided to book one while visiting. I made my appointment the day before and it was not too short of notice. I do not speak Japanese, and the therapist doesn’t speak English. Aesop had a translator (someone that worked at the stores and speaks English) sit in on the consolation and post treatment review. Super friendly and amazing!
They offer a shower beforehand. Tea. Walk through of likes and potential treatments. Overall amazing experience and I am still glowing a few days after the facial.
Awesome products, good customer support and awesome location. Prices are higher than the competition but the quality definitively justifies the rate.
Unfortunately, they have no English speakers. However, the stores decor is fresh. The amazing fragrances leak out onto the street and the employees are very knowledgeable.
There’s so great aroma and relaxing!
The product is Brazilian Natura.
Lovely the welcome tea and the shop’s aroma. A bit pricey goods but come in quality.
