They have exotic doctors. They handled my pet rabbit really well. I am very happy I found their clinic.

My animal has a skin disease. Last time I was asked to come back to see me, I got some medicine and went a week later. Although he was a different teacher from the last time, he was told that he would give medicine again without touching animals just by looking at the medical record. I had about three concerns, and when I asked him a question, he told me that he had to cure his skin disease first, and he didn't ask me if he was in a hurry or busy. Now that worry has worsened and I am hospitalized. Of course, I have them seen at another hospital. I was even told to be prepared for death. I regret that I could see it even a little at that time. I will never be indebted to you again.

I had a Fennec and a prairie dog and took them to Elsa. However, there is Dr. Tokimasa, a doctor who examines exotic animals in detail. Of course the other teachers are wonderful. We don't know the other examination because we have only exotic animals, but you can see us very carefully. Also, the inside of the hospital is clean and there is almost no animal odor. I am using this because everyone is kind and responds well. The price is also conscientious.

As a measure against the new corona, it was good that a place where people could wait was set up in a separate building from the previous examination room / waiting room. There is a new entrance to the parking lot, which makes it easier to check safety than when you were free to enter and exit.

You can feel at ease with the gentle and courteous response and medical examination.
Similar place
