Language may be a barrier for non Japanese speaking. The staff are very patient and easy to deal with. Pricing is high for even basic post (i.e. postcards). Overall pleasant experience

Operates around the clock 7 days a week. The staff at the Yuyu window was good too. Recommended if you want to send something at night or during the weekends.

The lady could talk enough, she was really helpful and kind. Absolutely no wait even in mid day. A post service so good you want to relocate.
