Machida Station

Changing Odakyu to Yokohama line: TERRIBLE. Are they attempting to win a prize for the smallest signs possible?

It's just a station, nothing special. Toilets are dirty sometimes, but there is a bakery and almost all the train stops here (few romancecar won't stop), close to Machida Bus Center (the name of bus terminal but there is another one called Machida Bus Terminal which is smaller and far from Odakyu station). The terrain here is pretty tricky. At the concourse floor, if you go north it will be underground, but if you go south it will be 2nd floor.

Train Yamanashi-Tokyo. Speedy. Reasonable price. On time.

There are two train stations in Machida. One belongs to Odakyu railway company and the other to JR east. This makes for a convient connection to a lot of places. Not so nice is the transfer between the two stations takes a while (like 8 minutes or so)
