There are three types of soba.
Countryside, seiro, raw flour.
The countryside is chewy and delicious.
All of them are delicious, so we recommend a menu where you can eat three little at a time.
The parking lot will be filled soon, so be careful of cars

On Saturdays and Sundays, you have to wait for 30 minutes or more, so it is best to make a phone reservation before going.
Bamboo steamer soba is definitely recommended, and my favorite these days is "chilled sweet fox".
In the summer, cold soba noodles made with seasonal vegetables are excellent.
I had soba for the first time. I was worried because there were many people who were always waiting. Soba with grated daikon grated radish, the amount and soothing taste were just right.
The thick soba noodles also feel relieved. There are many other menus, and I want to go there again♪
The soba is delicious !! Of course, it's a soba shop (^ o ^;) w I ate duck soba. The soup stock was thick with green onions and the duck was chewy, and it tasted good. Dilute the soup stock with the soba hot water that comes out later and finish the meal ♡ It was a treat ♥
It is a discerning soba restaurant. It's always crowded. I'll make a reservation if possible. At the end, the unique soba hot water is relaxing and soothing! I'd love to!
