Around 1 pm on the day of arrival, Kotohira-san's approach was crowded with people. (Still, it seems that there are fewer people than before ...) I decided to eat Sanuki udon for lunch at a different time. When I visited the "Tanuki-ya-san" who was taught by the locals, they warmly welcomed me. A long trip by car from Kanto, a break with a beer. The fried chikuwa of the knob that I casually ordered is delicious! Udon is raw soy sauce with hot balls, tororo, and tenkasu bukkake ... Udon was brought in immediately. It's exquisite and slippery, but it's chewy. As expected, there are times when we just call ourselves "Udon prefecture". I was also happy that the landlady (?) Talked to me kindly. I used the GoTo regional coupon to treat me.
