じゃんぼちゃん【まやかし展覧会】 (10/29/2019)
It is not Chion-ji but Chion-ji. A rail for special weapons Sakura is stored next to this temple. After the war, GHQ ordered the launch pad nearby to be removed, and the rails are stored next to the temple for over 70 years.

A temple of the Shingon sect. The atmosphere around the gate is good. The catapult trail at the Shimotakita launching base of the Japanese rocket attack aircraft "Oka" is stored under the left hand eaves toward the main hall.

It becomes an unmanned temple. Shingon sect is a Teishan school. About 10 gravel car parks are available in front of the entrance. There is no toilet or vending machines, this temple has been preserved catapult of "Special military weapons: cherry blossoms" during the Second World War. It was somewhat disappointing because it was placed casually under the main hall.
