My hotel sent me here and they were great. The translator was extremely helpful and even followed us out to the pharmacy to help there! The doctor was friendly and spoke some English too.

My travel insurace has arrange an appointment to this hospital. Thanks to Ms.Suzuki to coordinate everything from beginning to the end (translate everything to nurse and doctor) we're very appreciated. She's so kind and helpful.

I was told to go this hospital by my insurance company. The service was wonderful as someone accompanied me all the time and translated everything for me and the doctor.

Got referred to this hospital from Kitano hospital due to my inability to speak the local language as a tourist. Reached this hospital after a long walk and I was turned away as they said "This hospital is for Japanese only". Was using google translate to explain to them of my situation but they refused to treat me as I could not speak Japanese. Tourists/Foreigners please stay away.
