Keio Plaza Hotel Tama

Our stay was outstanding, we are just checking out of this hotel now. The staff is incredibly accommodating, considerate and nice. Japan hotels are typically small, this hotel feels like the rest of Asia with large rooms, beautiful lobby and entrance. Service was outstanding and the complimentary water is a nice touch. We travelled with our daughter and the crib provided was a proper crib also, vs a play pen. Room service was quick. Overall very satisfied, 5* experience.

Very nice hotel. It has a clean and comfortable room. Service is good as well as the breakfast.

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean, service is good and very convenient with a lot of shops & restaurant near by as well as two different train lines going from the train station next to it. And there' s a monorail station too. For Americans, think Hilton Garden inn level. But it is an older building which has not been updated in a long time. They still give you a physical key! When was the last time you had that!

Clean and well managed hotel. The staff is warm. Room is just standard in size, relatively small compared to other country, of the same class, but that's Japan typical size. All room and bathroom equipment / toiletries are working very fine..no complaint at all. Overall, you can rest well and have a pleasant stay. Good job!

Clean, very easy to go to Tokyo City Centre by railway. It takes 25 minutes
