Frindly and professional staff. Sure the building is old and waiting lines were long but the care given was top class. The doctors, nurses and the staff were warm and professional.

After confirming by phone, even if you have a letter of introduction to the hospital, you can only use it here if it is addressed to Odawara Municipal Hospital. I checked with the hospital that wrote the letter of introduction, but it seems that it can be used anywhere, so it may differ depending on the hospital.
