I ordered shrimp miso. Rare char siu is added as a topping. The taste was rich and the flavor of shrimp and sesame was good. Personally, I liked it so much that I was in the top of the list I've eaten, but the amount is small. Since it is a bowl like a cup, I get the impression that the amount of soup is very small. I feel like I'm particular about gold-plated chopsticks and visuals, but I personally want to go crazy, so I think if I'm asked to repeat. The price is about 900 yen, which is quite good. I wonder if it costs money because I use shrimp. The rest is in a very remote place, so it's hard for people to come by car.

1度目に行った時は、海老味噌を注文しましたが、すごくしょっぱくて、店員さんに、しょっぱいのでスープ薄めたいんですがと言ったら、ぬるま湯が出てきました。おかげで、ラーメンがぬるくなりましたが、エビと味噌の相性は良かったので、 2度目の来訪。前回から気になっていた 海老トマトを注文。 ホールトマト？が塩分を中和してくれて 食べやすかったです。 でも、じゃりじゃりした食感が少し気になる。 海老の殻なのか、真ん中に乗った塩？みたいなやつなのか… それにしてもコスパが悪い。 値段の割に量が少なく感じる… 海老だからコストがかかるのか！？ あと、まだオープンしたてだからなのか メニューが少ない気がする。 レアチャーシューはおいしいと思うので、ぜひこのチャーシューを使った丼を作って欲しいなぁ。 あと、リゾット用に、チーズライスを！ 絶対美味しいと思うのですが… 今後に期待しています^^

First of all, the conclusion. If you want to eat shrimp ramen, we recommend Tsukuba City's Shell Hall. (Not a related person) I ordered the recommended shrimp miso ramen. When I went around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, there were no customers, but the replacement balls were sold out. Others have said that it is normal, but I felt that the amount was small. The taste was ok.

I ordered shrimp miso ramen. The rich soup had a condensed flavor and was very delicious. This taste is so good that you can hardly meet it. I was imagining a slightly sweeter taste Unexpectedly, the sweetness was modest and I liked it. Why in this place? Only the question came to my mind, but I thought that the number of repeaters would increase. That's how complete it was.

It was delicious! I ate shrimp salt ramen, but the char siu and soup on it went well together. Some people don't like the scent of shrimp, but I recommend it! ️
