Kagurazaka postoffice. Wait in line a long time if its lunch time, however the staff are very helpful. ATM is available which will work with foreign issued debit cars and credit cards.

I went there for the first time, but the staff at the counter was very happy! Although I asked for a little troublesome processing, I responded without making one unpleasant face. It's a little difficult to find, but it's next to the Veloce Kagurazaka store, so it's easy to understand if you use it as a landmark.
