It is an employee-friendly company that nurtures employees, which is unusual in this era. If you like the products you work in the department you are assigned to when you join the company, you can do a long-term job. However, this is a very Japanese company with its own rules and customs, and it doesn't suit those who don't like to be bound by it. For example, even a new employee with a net income of about 110,000 will be deducted with a labor union fee of over 5000 yen. Also, because of the manufacturer, there is a tendency to neglect software and services that use it, and there is almost no work that creates brand-new services that do not exist in the world.

Customer service attitude is bad and worst company ATM at the bank is bad in 2007 and sound is bad Difficult to use, when I made a complaint, I was told that the bank had requested it.
