Very bad service, They have sent me what I have to prepare, then I followed according to what they said. They should correct the way they do service. I have sent my documents long time ago and even have asked to them weather is there any mistake or no. But they did not reply. And one week before I go to Tokyo to finish all my required documents then they replied there is a mistake. Which I need to prepare againand it takes time to send

The service was very fast and effective if you prepare all the documents and no special circumstances. For special circumstances, you can tell your situation via email to [email protected] before going to KBRI. Dont ask via telephone!! I did before, since no evidence that i have asked priorly by telephone and did all the procedure that they told me,, they reject my application!! So dissapointed.. The point is asked by mail priorly, bring that evidence if you have special circumstances. Unless they will not trust you..
