Nice architecture and modern interior, not easy to enter or get a appointment but looking at the outside can be worth a stop.

It is Shabbat on Hanukkah we drove about an hour and a half spending 25 dollars on tolls just to get there not even what we will pay back just to find on the door that they are closed until January 10th 2020. They could have easily updated it on the website. Very disappointed.

Tried to call multiple times over a week to make an appointment and nobody answered the phone. We finally decided to just drive past and see if we could have a 5 minute look inside. The sign on the door told us that we were there during business hours, but the Rabbi told us over the intercom that we couldn't come in without an appointment. Very disappointed.

I was there a couple of days ago in the middle of a slight rain. I discovered this place by accident since I had eaten at a nearby Mexican restaurant and had a couple of hours to kill. One of my goals this year is to discover my nearly lost Jewish heritage roots. I noticed they had a gift store, so I decided to take a stroll there. The people there were very friendly and welcoming. I was told that I had to send an email or make an appointment that I was coming, but the staff made an exception, being that I came earlier from Osaka and my reasons for coming. It was great to hear Hebrew spoken, so I will start learning Hebrew on my next visit. The gift store was kind of small, but good. There were some small books in Japanese and English and some Jewish gifts that included some food and wine items from Israel. I did pick up a publication about Jews in Asia from Hong Kong. On my way out, I spoke with a couple of young nice guys and learned more about the place. Very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!

Came to Japan on holiday, as shule regulars and practicing Jews we were very disappointed in how it played out. After emailing and calling and getting our guide to try calling and unable to get through in lead up, we decided we would try in person. When we arrived we were turned away by the Rabbi over the intercom saying it wasn't during business hours even though according to the sign it was.
