It is a Jodo sect temple that is said to have been built in the early 14th century. During the Edo period, it was Shuinji, which was given a temple territory of 5 stones by the shogun. The ancient documents handed down to this temple are valuable for understanding the temple management and government religious policies from the Edo period to the modern era. The stone bridge that remains in the precincts was built over the middle irrigation water (Ueno Shichika village irrigation water in the Edo period) and was built in 1714. The collection of cultural properties is Ishibashi, a medium-sized water remains.

A beautiful and quiet temple. Amidado is wonderful. The “Ishibashi” designated as a historic site is so small that you can pass by.

2017/10/21 Worship: Jodo sect temple. It seems that the red stamp has not been done. It's a good temple, though. It ’s natural!
