ヘリコプター利用者以外は関係者以外立入禁止の区域です。基本的には外から柵越しに見る事になります。 ヘリポート領域内にはJR系列のヘリコプター運営会社ファーストエアートランスポートの本社、警視庁と消防庁の航空機動部隊江東地区拠点、あと何故か中日新聞社の事務所も一緒に入ってます。 消防庁の拠点はハイパーレスキューなのか、目立ちませんが消防車にレスキューのステッカーが貼られています。そう言った意味では一見の価値はあるでしょうか。 伊豆大島や青ヶ島などに行く際も使う場所かもしれません。
